We’re happy to announce that planning application was granted outside the defined settlement boundary of Besthorpe for two detached dwellings, brilliantly envisioned by WT Design Ltd.
Working with with architects Feilden+Mawson, we developed an outline planning application for the demolition of offices and the erection of nine dwellings on land at 16 Southgates Road, Great Yarmouth.
The site is positioned within an employment allocated area. However, it is has been established that due to its sustainable location within the main town of Great Yarmouth, the site is suitable for residential development.
We’ve been excited to get involved in creating an ambitious, vibrant and positive vision for St Mary’s Works in central Norwich.
We worked with multiple partners on an outline planning application for the redevelopment to provide 168 residential units, 4500sqm of office space, a 2600sqm hotel and ancillary restaurant facility, 400sqm of retail and a 40sqm gallery space.
We prepared and managed an appeal against Bromley Borough Council's decision to refuse outline planning application for the demolition of the existing one-storey residential dwelling and the erection of a two-storey block containing nine apartments with accommodation in roof level, associated access, nine parking spaces, refuse and store cycle storage. The appeal was allowed.

One Planning recently made an application for ‘change of use’ planning permission on behalf of Thalia Theatre Company, a small charity working with disabled people in Norwich, Norfolk. They were friendly, professional in approach, demystifying the planning process and obtaining a satisfactory result. At all times throughout the planning process One Planning provided updated information. On behalf of Thalia Theatre I would highly recommend One Planning as first choice for all your planning needs."
One Planning provided a professional service and managed to win an appeal for a new dwelling in a plot sub-division which was refused planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. One Planning justified the proposal by evidencing the lack of a 5-Year housing land supply and demonstrating it was in keeping with the local character of the area which was accepted by the Planning Inspectorate."
I regularly use the services of One Planning and always receive a very professional service. To date, One Planning has managed to secure a difficult appeal victory for a dwelling in Rochdale and a retrospective application in Norwich for the retention of a flat conversion and change of use from A1 to B1 within a designated shopping frontage. I will certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending their services."
We set Mark, of One Planning, the tough test of managing the co-ordination of reserved matters consents over 5 London boroughs relating to the Docklands Light Railway. He did the job amazingly well. We will carry on using his unique town planning talents."
The work you have completed for us to date has proven invaluable, al the projects you have helped us with have been highly contentious and despite lack of support from the Local Authority have all come to succesful fruition. The advice you have given us and the work you provide is a key part to the success of our team and we look forward to working with you in the future."

One Planning Consultants achieved planning permission from Norwich City Council for alterations to an existing building and ancillary development to facilitate its continued use as a storage and distribution unit. Key issues included design, trees and noise impact on nearby dwellings. One Planning built a robust case to convince the Council that the proposal is acceptable in planning terms and all other aspects.
