Here are a few recent projects we’ve been proud to play a part in.
We are happy to announce that a planning application was granted for two detached dwellings outside the defined settlement boundary of Besthorpe for two detached dwellings, wonderfully brilliantly designed envisioned by WT Design Ltd.
We worked with multiple partners on an outline planning application for the redevelopment of St Mary’s Works to provide 168 residential units, 4500sqm of office space, a 2600sqm hotel and ancillary restaurant facility, 400sqm of retail and 40sqm of gallery space.
We successfully gained full planning permission for 40 flats on Oak Street within Norwich City Centre Conservation Area, on a tricky riverside site involving flooding, contamination, archaeology and nearby listed buildings and ancient monuments.
We’re delighted that outline planning application has been granted for a four-bedroom dwelling, including a detached garage, on land to the rear of White Pillars, London Road, outside the Attleborough settlement boundary.
We played a key role in the planning application to transform The Burlington Hotel on The Esplanade in Sheringham into high-quality flats.
We secured listed building consent for structural and other repairs to this little beauty in Harleston – and all in just 31 days. Once the space has been made structurally sound and weathertight, with help from Roger Adcock Architectural Design, D.A. Browne and Co. Butchers will be able to use it safely for storage.
