Sutton Windmill - Conversion of former Granary building to dwelling and self-contained holiday let
We were delighted to be involved with assisting our client in obtaining full planning and listed building consent approval from North Norfolk District Council for a change of use of this beautiful former granary building to a 7 bedroom dwelling ad 2 bed holiday let including the refurbishment of the mill tower. This was a challenging scheme given its grade II listed status.
