Burlington Hotel, Sheringham - Change of use of former hotel to nine dwellings
One Planning Consultants were appointed to prepare and submit a full planning application to North Norfolk District Council.
This was a complex proposal due to strong local opposition and the hotel being a non-designated heritage asset and falling within the Upper Sheringham Conservation Area.
