Walled Garden, Colitshall – NPPF Paragraph 80 dwelling
One Planning Consultants were excited to be involved in this wonderful project to achieve planning approval for an exceptional dwelling within the open countryside. The site was a historic Victorian walled garden and a non-designated heritage asset.
