One Planning Consultants were appointed to successfully submit a Certificate of Lawfulness application to demonstrate that the business had operated in breach of approved conditions for a period in excess of 10 years covering vehicular access, parking, loading and services at the site.
This required the provision of a detailed supporting planning statement and significant supporting evidence.
