Certificate of Lawfulness Granted


Initially a mobile home or caravan, we have helped our client to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Kings Lynn and West Norfolk council that the ‘dwelling’ on the application site has been constructed and substantially complete in excess of four years before the application was submitted and therefore complying with the ‘(four) 4 year rule’ of the certificate of lawful development requirements.

Also, Certificate of Lawfulness has been granted for change of use of agricultural land to land used for residential/domestic purposes more than ten years ago thus complying with the ’10 year rule’.
