One Planning Consultants were approached after the client had unsuccessfully tried to obtain planning approval for a change of use over the last 5 years from restaurant use to an office with no success due to policy restrictions they were unable to satisfy.
After reviewing the scheme we realised the client could take advantage of Permitted Development rights to achieve their change of use and we successfully prepared and submitted a Certificate of Lawfulness Proposed Development (CLUPD) which was approved by the Council.
