Three dwellings approved in the Countryside

One Planning is proud to announce that planning permission was given for three new dwellings in Broadland District in an unallocated land, outside settlement boundaries falling within the ‘open countryside’ for the purposes of planning policy.

A separate appeal for five dwellings was dismissed on the same street. Among other things, the Inspector concluded that the additional traffic would likely result in an increase in the risk of vehicle and pedestrian conflict.

One Planning managed to convince Broadland Council that our client’s proposal would not result in an increase in highway risk and, on the contrary, improve highway safety.
