Planning permission granted

One Planning Consultants achieved planning permission from Norwich City Council for alterations to an existing building and ancillary development to facilitate its continued use as a storage and distribution unit. Key issues included design, trees and noise impact on nearby dwellings. One Planning built a robust case to convince the Council that the proposal is acceptable in planning terms and all other aspects.
