Planning permission for dwelling in prominent location
We are proud to announce that planning application was approved for a two-storey dwelling replacing a bungalow neighbouring a War Memorial in Elsenham. The Council considered that the prominent location of the site is challenging; however, the stepped design of the proposed dwelling would sit comfortably within the street scene.
