More homes needed
The average number of new homes built since 2005/06 needs to increase by 69% says the Commons Public Accounts Committee which followed a recent National Audit Office investigation of the “flawed” planning system and the “broken” housing market, moreover, the committee found that around 56% of the local authorities’ local plans are out-of-date.
