Heritage Consultancy Services

One Planning can offer services across the full heritage and conservation remit, from archaeology to listed buildings to conservation areas and non-designated heritage assets.

What are designated heritage assets?

The field of heritage or conservation is a broad one, and not only includes scheduled monuments, listed buildings, world heritage sites, shipwrecks, historic parks and gardens, national parks, and conservation areas.

What are non-designated heritage assets?

Non -designated heritage assets are other buildings and sites that may also have some level of archaeological, architectural, artistic or historic interest and at local or national level.
